GIRLY GIRL

This tutorial was written by me on 16th december 2009
Assuming you have knowledge of psp tools, this was written in psp 9, but can be created in other versions
You will need:
tube of choice, I am using Elias Chatzoudis, you will need a licence
Scrap Kit 'cCute & Girly' by Yvette at Misfitsscrapz
Pentacom - VTR2
mask53 from weescotlass
my supplies here

open a new transparent image 650 x 650
open pp10 and minimise, set this to your pattern ( background ) set fill to null and click on the preset shape eclipse tool, width set to 15 and draw a circle ( see mine for size )
click inside the circle using your magic wand tool and expand > 5
open pp7 and copy and paste as a new layer > selections > invert and hit delete and drag this layer below the circle layer
effects > Penta > VTR2, settings: 1, 1, 178, 0 > ok

click inside the circle again and expand > 5, open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer above the frame layer > selections invert and hit delete > select none
copy and paste the tube again and this time using your eraser tool, erase any tube hanging below the frame
add a drop shadow of 2, 2, 71, 14, black to the frame

open flower1 and resize 20% > copy and paste as a new layer and place on the frame ( see mine ) add a drop shadow and duplicate a few times til it fills the side of the frame
merge visible the flower layers

open up diamonds and resize by 80% and paste as a new layer, drag to the bottom
open bag1 and resize 35% and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the tag ( see mine )
open bag2 and resize 35% and paste as a new layer place next to other one and add the same drop shadow as before
duplicate bag one and place next to the other > resize 85% > image mirror

open pp6 and paste as a new layer and apply the wsl mask > merge group
open the word art i supplied andpaste as a new layer, place ( see mine )
add drop shadow
add the copyrights and your mark and save as a .png
