This tutorial was written by me on 20th November 2010
It assumes you have working knowledge of PSP
and Animation Shop and it's tools, was written in Version 9, feel free to merge layers as when needed, unless otherwise stated

You will need:
Scrap Kit 'Autumn Romance' which unfortunately isn't available now
Tube of choice, I am using the work of keith garvey, you will need a licence to use his work
mask of choice

open a new transparent image 600 x 600 and flood fill white
open element13 and paste as a new layer > image resize > 55% then resize 75%
using your magic wand tool click inside the frame > modify > expand > 4
open paper1 and paste as a new layer > invert and hit delete > drag below the frame layer
open element13 and paste as a new layer > image resize > 55% then resize 75%
using your magic wand tool click inside the frame > modify > expand > 4
open paper1 and paste as a new layer > invert and hit delete > drag below the frame layer
click inside the frame again with the magic wand > modify > expand 4
open tube of choice and paste as a new layer> invert and delete
change blend mode to luminance legacy and lower opacity to around 25
hide background layer and merge visible > add a drop shadow of choice
move the frame to the top left of the canvas > duplicate > resize 75% > use your deform tool to rotate it > adjust > sharpen
open tube of choice and paste as a new layer> invert and delete
change blend mode to luminance legacy and lower opacity to around 25

open element15 > effects > artistic > sepia toning > ok
paste as a new layer on the top left corner of the larger frame > image > resize 40% > add same drop shadow
paste as a new layer on the top left corner of the larger frame > image > resize 40% > add same drop shadow
highlight the background layer > add new raster layer > selections > select all > open paper1 and paste into selection > add mask of choice > merge group
open your main tube and paste as a new layer and position > add a drop shadow of choice
open element16 and paste as a new layer > image > resize 60% and position at the bottom

open your main tube and paste as a new layer and position > add a drop shadow of choice
open element16 and paste as a new layer > image > resize 60% and position at the bottom

open element6 and paste as a new layer > resize > 15% and position where you like > drop shadow
duplicate > image mirror > resize 80%
open element9 > resize 25% and paste as a new layer > drag below the frames > duplicate and move down
add the copyrights, your mark and any text you like > crop around the tag > resize if needed > delete the white background layer and save as a .png
duplicate > image mirror > resize 80%
open element9 > resize 25% and paste as a new layer > drag below the frames > duplicate and move down
