This tutorial was written by me on 1st May 2010

It assumes you have working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop and it's tools, was written in Version 9, feel free to merge layers as when needed, unless otherwise stated
You will need:
Template 165 By Beth which can be downloaded from Blissfully Beth
Tube Of Choice, I am using the work of Keith Garvey, you will need a licence to use his work

Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow

Open the template and duplicate and close the original > image > resize > all layers 85% > image > canvas size > 600 x 600
replace the bg layer with a white one > delete the copyright layer
click on black rectangle > float > defloat > open paper1 and paste as a new layer > invert and hit delete > delete the original layer
click on lg pink rect > float > defloat > open paper2 and paste as a new layer > invert and hit delete > delete the original layer

click on right white square > float > defloat > open paper3 and paste as a new layer > invert > hit delete > delete the original layer > repeat with the other white square
drop shadow layers of choice
click on thin lines > float > defloat > modify > expand 3 > gradient glow of choice
using your magic wand tool click inside the left frame > expand 3 > open and copy and paste a tube of choice > invert and delete > change blend mode to luminance legacy
repeat with the other square

Open your main tube and paste as anew layer and position > drop shadow
bring the word art to the top > float > defloat > expand 3 > add new layer and flood fill white and drag below the wordart > merge down > gradient glow and move to the bottom > drop shadow
open doodle2 and paste as a new layer and position top left of your tag > drag to the bottom > drop shadow

open the bow > resize 75% and paste as a new layer and position ( see mine ) > drop shadow
add any text you would like > copyrights > your mark and crop
hide the background, doodle and the large rectangle with paper and merge visible > unhide

hide the top layer > copy merged into animation shop > duplicate til you have 3 frames
open the bling and paste this onto all 3 frames at the top right > go back to psp and copy the top layer and paste into animation shop and duplicate til you have 3 frames > drag and paste this onto the animation
view animation and save as a .gif
