This tutorial was written by me on 30th April 2010
It assumes you have working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop and it's tools, was written in Version 9, feel free to merge layers as when needed, unless otherwise stated
You will need:
Scrap Kit 'You and Me' which you can purchase from Bea Creations blog no longer available at time of re-adding tutorial
Template159 by beth which you can download from Blissfully Beth

Open the template and duplicate and close the original > delete copyright layer and replace the background layer with a white layer
resize all layers > 85% > image > canvas size > 600 x 600
click on gray oval > float > defloat > open paper12 and paste as a new layer > invert and delete > delete original layer
merge down the left/right black ovals > float > defloat > open paper23 and paste as a new layer > invert and delete > delete original layer
click on black bg3 > float > defloat > open paper17 and paste as a new layer > invert and delete > delete the original > repeat with the other 2 black rectangles
click on blueframe1 > float > defloat > add new layer > flood fill black > delete original and repeat with the other 2 frames
delete wordart background > click on wordart > float > defloat > expand 3 > add new layer and flood fill white > drag below the wordart and merge down > drop shadow > on the top wordart add a bevel of choice
adjust > colorize the wordart to match your tag
open your tube and paste as a new layer > drop shadow
open skull03 and paste as a new layer under the squares and your tube ( see mine ) > drop shadow > change blend mode to soft light
open wire01 and paste as a new layer on the bottom > colorize to match your tag > drop shadow
open kiss02 and paste as a new layer > resize 55% and position ( see mine ) > duplicate > mirror <> duplicate > flip > merge down and place below the net
open deco04 and paste as anew layer and position below the tube > drop shadow
merge all layers visible > crop around tag > add copyrights > your mark and any yext you like and save as a .png
