Sexy New year ~ Tutorial PTU

This tutorial was written by me on 17th December 2009
it assumes you have knowledge of psp and all it's tools, was written in version 9
You will need:
Awesome scrap kit By Lis 'Sexy New Years party' which you can purchase at Scrap Heaven Boutique

xenofex2 - constellation


open a new transparent image 650x 650 and flood fill white
open element9 and paste as a new layer > resize 80%
open element65 and paste as a new layer > resize 75% and drag below the frame

click on your magic wand and click inside the frame ( remember to click the little bit to the left of the ribbon also ) expand > 5
open paper9 and paste as a new layer > invert and hit delete > select none
open your poser of choice and resize > 80% copy and paste as a new layer and add a drop shadow of 2, 2, 70, 13.0, black and position ( see mine )


open element4 and paste as a new layer, use your deform to rotate it ( see mine ) sharpen
open element5 and resize > 65% and paste as a new layer to right hand side
add drop shadow
open element67 and paste as a new layer drag to the bottom > duplicate > mirror and merge down
add drop shadows to the word art and frame layers
open element8 and paste as a new layer in the centre and drag below your tube
click on the glass layer and rename 'glass' duplicate twice so u have it 3 times
click on glass1
effects > plug ins > xenofex2 - constellation
settings: bling bling, 2, 25, 19, 0, 100, 75, keep original > ok
click glass2 and repeat > change random seed
click glass3 and repeat > change random seed

add anytext you would like and add the copyrights and your mark
resize > 80% all layers
hide glass 2 and 3 and copy merged into animation shop as a new animation
hide glass 1 and 3 and copy merged after current frame
hide glass 1 and 2 and copy merged after current frame
view animation and save
